Abstract: The characteristics of atmospheric diffusion factor in the Bay of East Liaoning are studied using the data obtained from meteorological tower-based sensors at the site located about 800 m from the coast. The results show that the nuclear power station emits pollutants as a high source during its operation. Furthermore, it is found that the lifting level of plume is lower than 30 m when wind speed is greater.
