Abstract: In comparison with northern China, the temperature is lower and the speed of grain filling is slower in the later development period of winter wheat in Lhasa. Although grain yield is well, because of longer period of grain filling, the main nutritional composition of grain (such as protein) is lower and the grain quality is poor. Therefore, the heat condition would have the positive effect on yield of winter wheat, and the negative on grain quality in plateau.
